Guides

What we have learned building boats with kids in Tigre, Argentina, turned into practical guides. Every fact links to its source.

On the water

River safety for kids

Life jackets, adults on board, staying near the shore and what to do if you capsize, from official Argentine guidance.

How we write these guides

We write for teachers, families, rowers and travellers who arrive with a specific question. Each guide relies on public sources linked in the text: technical manuals, official bodies such as the Prefectura Naval Argentina, education organisations and press coverage of our workshop. If you spot a mistake, message us on Instagram or Facebook and we will fix it.

Friends around the world

Organisations in other countries also teach with wooden boats, and they inspire us. We have gathered them on our friends around the world page.
